In der Heiligen Geometrie entspricht die Acht (okta) dem Oktaeder,
die Pyramide, die nach oben und unten geht und damit acht Flächen
hat. Der Oktaeder steht für das Luftelement und ist der Zwilling
des Hexaeders, des Würfels. Wer diese Stufe erreichen möchte,
muss sowohl die Erde, den Körper, wie auch die Luft, die Gedanken
beherrschen.
Die Acht ist auch die Lemniskate
in stehender Form, die für die Unendlichkeit steht.
